Soontaree fails to attend hearing of now X-husband.Both Soontaree and her mother Thong,,, are marriage scam artists.
The little Thai tramp failed to appear in the appeals on Jan 23rd of 06 for the decision in the last hearing of the 50-b violation caused by Mrs. Kunteeya herself. When the appeals came up, the summons were filed but never delivered to Soontree, causing her husband to be on a one hour standby all weak long and into the following weak.
After two weeks went bye Soontaree was never found causing the appeal to be dismissed and to be rescheduled a second date. Mean while Sheriffs department will be searching for her to be summonsed to court for the second hearing of the appeal.
If Mrs. Kunteeya is not found, the violation will be dropped completely and Soontaree will have a warrant for arrest for failure to show..
Soontaree's USA visa had naturally expired in December of 2006 in witch she will be arrested if she shows up in any government place for being an illegal alien with a warrant for her arrest..
October the 2nd, Soontaree's husband was informed She was found and for the 4th time was put on a  1 hour stand by all weak. The weak went by and the courts could not find Soontaree again and she      was issued a warent again for the 4th time and also has 2 other warents for her arrest making Soontaree wanted in NC on 6 accounts.

Soontaree's husband knows the location of his x-wife, he is just waiting for the opratune moment to     strike for revenge in order to be able to send Soontaree back to Thailand.
As time goes on, Bill gets angryer and angryer. The passion to destroy Soontaree's life  builds. As friends and family talk to him about it he expresses the anger and rage he wants to release. He don't hate her, he only hates what she did and blamed on him that he didn't do. Soontaree's lies almost put him in prison for life, and as long as she is in  USA, he will always be threatend and unsafe from Soontaree trying to put him in prison.
Since the time that Soontaree had left her hussband, She divorced him. He went to asia and married before they were even divorced. Now planning to return to asia, he will seek revenge on Thong kunteeya for the fact that both Soontaree and her mother Thong,,, are marriage scam artists.

When Thong was young she was tought by her mother that MONEY was the most important thing in life. There for tought her how to marry, deplete the mans accounts in to her families account and divorce when there is nothing left.
Thong had tought Soontaree how to also complete this scam to feed and gain funds for the family.
Once learned, soontaree married a Thai man and had 2 girls. After depleteing his money supply, she devorced him. She was not completely divorced when Soontaree found an American man , Bill.
She was cheating on her Thai husband at the time Bill came to Thailand to have the marriage ceramony with her new American.  The reason they never got the marriage licence at first was so that Soontaree can keep it a secrate that SHE WAS NOT DIVORCED YET.
