My Drawings/Artwork
Olga's Gallery
Drawing is one of my favorite Hobbies.  I have been drawing since I was 10 years old.  I stopped drawing stick figures in the 1st grade. I feel that drawing is one of the best ways to express the imagination for it brings the images in your head to life.  I believe anyone can draw with some practice.  I've just had more of it.  Here are some of the examples of the kinds of work I do.

Anime Style:
I've been drawing anime style since about the 6 grade when I was introduced to the Japanese cartoon called Sailor Moon.
I usually just doodle in this style for my art classes won't really accept anything in this style.
Drawing like this also helps me brainstorm, study action/gestural poses, and study the human form.
Realistic Style:
This is the style I try to strive for in my Oakland University art classes.  It takes a lot of patiences and a good eye for value (lights and darks), perspective (relative distance), and porportion (relative size of an object or figure) to achieve a realistic looking artwork.  I'm getting better at it since I've been talking art classes.
Realistic Anime:
In an effort to upgrade my talent, I've been experimenting working with drawing anime applying the skill I learn in my art classes.
Original Image alteration:
What do I mean by this? Well the picture on the left is an actual picture found on the web.  The picture on the right is the result of me painting over it in Paint.  I did this because from writing a fan-comic I go curious of what my characters would look like in cartoon form.

Scupture:
Okay I know this isn't a drawing but I like working with clay as well.
I worked with clay in high school and was surprised with the resulting work.  I just wish Oakland had claywork as well.
This websites was made for my CSE 125 at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan
