You are lost in a deep forest . It's getting cold and dark and you don’t know what

to do.　Suddenly you reach an old ,crumbing house. You knock on the door…..

 

One day, I went gathering fruits in the forest.

I was taking some fruits as usual , just then there was something emitting light.

It seemed very mysterious , I wanted to pinpoint what it is.

And I tried to approach it.

But I couldn’t reach it , no matter how far I walked.

It was getting smaller and smaller and went out at last.

I didn’t know where I was.

It was becoming darker and darker and very cold.

I was lost in a deep forest. I didn’t know what to do, so , I was intent on walking.

But I couldn’t leave the forest. Suddenly I reach an old crumbing house.

I knocked on the door, but no one replied.

I thought I’ll stay at this house and opened the door.

There was no one. But there was prepared dinner on the table and there were 4 eggs there. I was very hungry . I couldn’t have patience and I ate it.

I looked around inside the house on another occasion.

There were 4 small beds. And there was a slip of paper on one of the small bed.

I took paper in my hand, and read it.

That paper said “Please hatch eggs and bring up them.”

I took a thing as a joke, but I decided to hatch eggs simply for entertainment.

Then I wrapped up eggs in a blanket and hatch it.

I always carried eggs precious.

Several days latter, there were no signs of hatching.

But I never gave up. I had kept hatching eggs, then eggs had cracked little.

It is getting bigger and bigger .

And eggs split one after another. Four baby birds were born.

They were extraordinary baby birds. They have various colors, orange, pink, green,

and blue. They are very cute. They thought I was their mother bird.

Wherever I go , they follow me .I named them, orange is Mikan , pink is Momo ,

Green is Hana, blue is Sora. They grew up very rapidly.

They ate much quantity of food .When I gave meal for them, suddenly I heard

something. I listened with strained ears.

“Hey , Mommy.” Momo was speaking!!!

I was very surprised .Then Hana , Mikan , Sora was speaking.

“Hey Mommy . I’m very hungry.”, Hana said.

“Make meal quickly!!” Sora said.

“ Shall I help you , Mommy? “Mikan said.

They had kept speaking for a long time. I shouted

 “ Be quiet!! “

But they didn’t stop speaking. And Sora said  

“ Don’t go into nysterics! “

I was very angry and shouted again

“ Be quiet! “

Then they stopped talking. I made their meal and they ate it.

After meal, Hana said “ I’m very sleepy ,Mommy” They looked very sleepy.

They went to small bed, but they didn’t sleep.

Sora said “ Hey Mommy .Read a picture for me!! We can’t sleep without listens to

the story.”

I felt it trouble some , but they wouldn’t sleep, so I tried to read a picture.

Sora said “ You are poor reading! You should practice reading a picture.”

And they was sleeping. I was very tired and irritated.

But their sleeping face is very cute. I felt as if I were a real their mother .

Next day , I was gotten up them in the early morning.

“ Hey Mommy , wake up and make breakfast!” Hana said .

“Shall I help you, Mommy?” Mikan said.

　Mikan is very kind. Momo is lovely. But Sora and Hana are self–centered .

“Hey Mommy , let’s go outside.” Mikan said.

“Let’s go .” Momo said.

“I don’t want to go outside.” Sora said.

“Me , too.” Hana said.

“Let’s go outside Mommy!!” Momo said.

“ No ! I don’t want to go!! “Sora said.

Then they started quarreling .I was very tired to hear that.

I shouted “ Be quiet! “ and I scolded them to.

Suddenly they started crying. But I didn’t allow . Then they stopped crying

and“ I’m sorry Mommy.” They said.

I was a little glad to understood them. So then we went outside …

We spent happy for many days. Then they grew up to be beautiful birds.

One day I woke up and went to wake up them. But there were no one.

I was surprised and looked for them. But they were not anywhere .

Then I found a slip of paper .The paper said, “ Thank you for everything, Mommy,

we have to go south island. We are very happy to meet you. We had a precious time

with you . We absolutely get back to thank you . Thank you very much ,Mommy.”

I was crying . I was very sad . And they wrote map to get back my home.

But I didn’t get back my home. I decided waiting for them here .

For years later , they got back home. I was very happy!! And they said,

“ Please accept our appreciation.” and I received their appreciation.

Then they flow away again. What is their appreciation ? So , they left their

many eggs. “ Oh, my god!!” Then my bustling life was starting again.
