Andy paced the Wolfpack attack in a dominating opening day victory over the Dope Squad 69-33.  He scored 17 pts including 3 threes.

Joy Arenas, Maymar

In an early season pivotal matchup, Joy was the top dog on the court.  In a one-point victory over Team VA, Arenas displayed his all around game by scoring 23 pts, went 5/5 from the free throw line and added 2 threes for good measure.  He also pulled some big boards late in the

Chev Zaporteza, Wolfpack
Chev led the 2-1 Wolfpack to a key victory over Team VA.  After trailing at the half, Chev iced 5 second half three pointers to nail down the win.  He fiinished with 23 points, 21 of which came from his 7 three pointers.
Week 4
PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Mel Right & Calvin Morris, Raptors
Mel and Calvin both scored 24 pts and both players had 4 threes to lead the undefeated Raptors to a big win against the Mavs.  The dynamic duo combined for 48 of the Raptors 61 pts.  Not only did they do it on offense, but they played energetic defense to spark a second-half comeback.  Mel went 4/5 from the line.  Calvin went 4/9 FTs.
Week 6
PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Mikey Sinchongco & Kevin Ladia, Team VA
The NAABL's talented youth were showcased in Team VA's win over the Sharks.  16 yr. old Mikey Sinchongco was a sniper from long-range, icing 5 threes and going 7/8 from the foul line.  He finished with 24 pts.  17 yr. old Kevin Ladia scored 15 of his 22 pts in the second half of a close game to help finish off the Sharks.  He hit 2 threes and went 4/7 from the line.  Kevin also provided an interior defensive presence for the undersized Team VA.

Lee Harrelson, Sharks
Led by Lee Harrelson, the Sharks almost pulled off a big upset over the Wolfpack.  Lee seemed to play with a grudge as he effectively attacked the rim from all angles.  He scored 13 of his 20 pts in a hard fought first half in which the Sharks entered halftime tied at 36-36 against the top-seeded team in the league.  Lee also splashed 4 threes.
