POLICIES AND TERMS OF MAILLIST

The following policies and terms for conducting the club's maillist have been adopted by the membership. Violation of any policy or term will result in expulsion from the Club and denial of access to the List.

A member who violates a policy or term will be warned once by any officer. If a second violation occurs, any two officers may agree to place this member on immediate temporary suspension and call for a vote on permanent expulsion in accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws.

• Desiring to maintain the confidentiality and trust of the membership, and to protect the intellectual property of members, the Club does not allow material appearing on this List to be reposted or summarized elsewhere outside this list without first receiving permission from the original author(s) of the material. Note that a post which contains previously quoted material may contain several original author(s), all whom need to be contacted for permission. A summary of discussion may not be posted outside this list without unanimous permission of the list members.
• Please treat the maillist as you would a support group: respect the confidentiality entrusted to you by your fellow members. If you cannot support this philosophy, please unsubscribe immediately.
• The Club fully supports freedom of speech, but this maillist has no room for libelous or slanderous comments, harassment, personal vendettas, or deliberate clogging of the server. If this occurs, a master of ceremonies appointed by the president will intervene.
• Only text email is acceptable. Please don't send giff, jpg, graphics, sound or any other type of files to the list.
• No full mailboxes! Don't let your mailbox get full; get your mail! If you're going on vacation unsubscribe until you get back, please.
• If your server crashes, you may become unsubscribed due to large amounts of returned undeliverable mail, but this is not your fault; email private to a [email protected] to be readmitted.
• Members are expected to participate in the discussion.
• By continuing to receive messages from this list, you agree to hold INNTC, all INNTC members and officers, and the Internet Service Provider harmless for opinions expressed on this mailing list. The opinions expressed in this unmoderated mailing list do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the list administrators.
