MATURING
“He that is unjust, let him be unjust still; and he that is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still; and he that is holy, let him be holy still.” KJV
Have you ever wondered about this scripture found in Revelation? I have. Why is Yah telling the last day saints to let those who are unjust and filthy to keep on being unjust and filthy? The New International Bible says, "Let him who does wrong continue to do wrong; let him who is vile continue to be vile; let him who does right continue to do right; and let him who is holy continue to be holy."
I asked Father about it on several occasions, but it seems that only recently the new nature of the spirit man born inside of me has begun to mature enough to understand. It seems, I am just now coming to understand who I really am, and what an impact this knowledge will have upon me, and will mean to me, as well as the whole world. I began to understand what Father, through John, was saying. There comes a time, and now is, when the character of a person is set. It can change after that, but it is very hard to break those traits and habits that have become a part of their being.
In the earth realm, it is said to be in the first five or so years of influence in life when the character is formed. Then through puberty and young adulthood, those with whom there is contact strengthen the character of an individual. Finally, in adulthood, and the rest of life, it seems the pattern is set, and rarely does change come.
Now, in the end of the young adulthood for the human race, character has become established, and the time when influence can make changes is gone. It has been strengthened by all the seducing falsehoods of religion that are held out as being from Yah. Is Yah giving up on these people? Is He stating they are not going to change, so there is no use trying to change them?
The last church age has closed, the antichrist is in full power working his deceit, and the whole world wonders after the beast. But, Yah has a people, His elect, who are gaining the victory over the beast and the mark set upon all those who are being deceived. It is not by might, not by power, but by His Spirit that they are following Him, and leaving the deluding influence of man behind. They are beginning to understand their new nature, which is born not of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of Yah.
As we draw nigh unto Father in the inner man, the character of our new man is being confirmed and strengthened. He is getting His sons ready to bring about His will in the earth as we enter into the Kingdom Age. The character of the inner man is either maturing so that it may take responsibility, and can be about the Father’s business, or it is being kept immature by corrupt religion. This immaturity will hold you in the earth realm.
Yah is no respecter of persons, and has decided in advance, as some teach, who will be sons and who will not. That is not His way. He sends out the invitations by the Holy Spirit, and opens the door, but it is up to the individual to accept the invitation, and come in.
“But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of Yah, even to them that believe on His name. Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of Yah.” KJV
See the parable He gave about the king who gave a great banquet. I am convinced that by now all have heard the voice of the Spirit, but many keep kicking against the pricks. If the Holy Spirit of Truth can not reach them, how can we ever hope to convince them? We can but speak the truth, and let the unjust, be unjust still, and the filthy, be filthy still.
I am reminded of when Yah was dealing with a corrupt world before the flood. He said, “My Spirit will not always strive with man.” Does this mean He is just going to give up on these people? Not on your life! What He is saying is that He is going to take matters into His own hands, and His spirit will not have to strive to have His way in the earth. And, whether the people like it or not they will find themselves living in the blazing presence of a holy Yah. Nothing can remain hidden, the sins of the heart of the people will be revealed. The Great Whore of Babylon will be brought into judgment before the wondering eyes of the world, for Yah will uncover her nakedness. Those that remain in her and who take part in her sin, will partake of her plagues and will suffer great loss.
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition," which is the Adamic fallen man. KJV He has set up his denominations with its man-made religion and is the first beast of Revelation. “For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord YahShua will overthrow with the breath of His mouth, the Word of Yah, and destroy by the splendor of His coming.” NIV
And, He is coming through His sons to restore all things, for “heaven must retain Him until the restoration of all things”. This will be the work of the children of Yah in the Kingdom Age. The elect will come from her place of protection in the wilderness of the earth realm, and the sons of Yah will be revealed from heaven, to bring in the new heaven and the new earth, for the former things will have passed away.
It is sad, but only after that abomination that makes desolate, which people trust in, is revealed, and the shame of their nakedness uncovered, will the people turn to Yah. No, Yah will not lose one of His own, but they will suffer great loss of reward. They will enter eternity with what little they have gleaned from their first experience with the Lord.
So, at this present time, while Yah is maturing the nature of the spirit man, we are called to rest and cease from our own labor. We must live in His presence so that our spirit life can be strengthened and brought to maturity. This will mean that we do not have time to waste with the stubborn self-willed character, but must leave others to their own devices. I can not mature for you, nor can you make me mature, that is the work of the Holy Spirit. Come out where He is, and undergo the baptism of fire to refine and mature the new nature in you.
Baptism of Fire
“Our Yah is a refining fire.” The baptism of fire is not adversities or calamities, as some believe, but it is being tried for the Word’s sake. Yes, adversities and calamities come because we, like YahShua, are in the world, even though we are not of the world. That which is meant for evil, Yah will use for our good, but that is not the baptism of fire. The character of the inner man must line up with the Word of Truth spoken by the Holy Spirit. As we embrace that Word of Truth, which is natural for the spiritual nature. That Word must take root and become sustenance, and strengthen Yahly character. Therefore, for us to grow, we must be tried in that Word of Truth. When a revelation breaks in upon us there inevitability comes a test to see if we understand it, and to give us the opportunity to walk in our new light. Exercising a trait until it becomes a part of us is how we become skilled in it. Like rungs on a ladder, we progress from glory to glory until we are standing in the full glory of who we are in Yah. It is then that we can be manifest to the world as the finished work of Yah.
Those who lose heart, and do not press toward the mark of the higher calling in Yah will remain immature, and will remain in the servant realm. This is an honorable place, but it is not sonship, as is the “MAN”child Company.
"Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father. Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world." KVJ While we remain immature in spiritual things, we also remain in bondage to the things of the self-life or the world. We can know we are maturing in spiritual things as the things that bind us to this earth realm lose their hold on us.
Sonship comes through maturity. Father is not going to place the power of the Kingdom Age into the hands of the immature who would use it irresponsibly, without the wisdom that maturity brings. With maturity comes responsibility. If you want the glory, you must be willing to take the great responsibility that comes with it.
“Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of Yah: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of Yah, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” KJV
I am always available to answer the questions of a hungry heart. It is Yah's will that we help one another up the hill to transfiguration. However, keep in mind that it is not revelation knowledge that we should seek, but "HIM". Spiritual understand will automatically come as we become more aware of "HIM" and become more like "HIM". Many fall short of full sonship by becoming too caught up in the revelation, and not caught up "IN HIM". "HE" must have preeminence in our life even in our getting of revelation knowledge. I can not stress this enough.
