Try and keep it at a 45 degrees during all times unless situation wont allow. say you have 45 degrees at mid power is a direct hit, then you get shot into a hole where u can only fire at 25 degrees max, you want to increase your power approx 2cm (2 thumb nail length) from midpoint (last direct hit), vis versa for higher angles, decrease 2cm. above 70 degrees, this does not apply since power/angle ratio will increases exponetially, not linearly. now, for wind interferance you have to decern for yourself, since wind goes 360 degrees in all directions, u have to approx it wif more experience.
