Noor's family is from INDIA but he was born in 1978 in Pakistan and grew up from Karachi’s school at Anglo Oriental School in Central Karachi at the age of 16. After leaving school in 1995 he joined the Govt Dehli College in Pre-Eng. Group. Noor received his graduate degree in 1999 from The University of Karachi in Commerce, as well as his (DCS) from Aligarh Institute. After completing his DCS, he started a course in Oracle 7 with developer 2000 and created softwares in Oracle for Oswa, Statelife Area Office and trading settlement system.
Noor started his career at 'Stock Links Investment
Company (Pvt) Ltd. Pakistan's SECP Authorized member of Karachi Stock Exchange100.
As an Assistant Accountant after which he moved over to Induscom as an Assistant
Project Manager.because Here he reached the dizzy heights of the company because
he developed the trading software in ORACLE. In Induscom. He managed all operations
of E-Commerce Portal,During the job he had achieved the Certificate in Advance
E-Commerce Concept and he was also studying Master’s In Economies from
University of Karachi. After September 11-2001 he had left his first Job due
to the IT disaster.
Noor's first job was at IT Sector in Evestors Ltd.Karachi, listed in NASDAQ US stock Market where he spent 3.5 years and had the opportunity of E-Commerce work for the first time. Then He joined the XL Pak Co. Ltd. in end of 2002 as a Basic Distributor and then moved to Presenter specialist as a Marketing Lecturer here he has performed LIVE presentation to the 100 Plus Guests.Then He also spent 3 months living in Multan City, having Company related work and had the chance to travel all over the Multan city of tombs
Noor retains a keen interest in public interaction charting, Economics, E-business and Human resources. So he recommended attending the one-week session about Issues and Policies of Human Resources Management by the Government of Pakistan.
Now, Noor is working as a Manager Hosting & Technical Support in US Base Internet Hosting Company -3D Hosting Inc- offshore office in Pakistan. Here he interrelates with 400 plus Clients.
