What If?
This is an activity where you choose a topic from the list below and answer the what if? question. You can get up to 10 Rose leaves for a good description. This is basically revising Brain Jacques' books with what could have happened instead of what did.  Be descriptive!!! Pretend you're Brain Jacques writing the book. No one line answers. If you send in one like that it will be deleted.
#1...Rose had never died in Martin the Warrior? What do you suppose would have happened with Rose and Martin after the final battle at Marshank?
What If...
#2...Scarum seriously had been sentenced to slavery by the Migooch tribe in Triss? What do you think would have happened to him? Would his friends eventually come back for him?
#3...Egbert turned out to be a traitor in The Bellmaker and gave Mariel and co. away to Urgan Nagru? What would have happened to Mariel and her friends? Would they eventually escape? How? And what would happen to Egbert after that? Would he break down and turn into a goodbeast or would Mariel and co. extract a terrible vengeance from the traitorous mole?
#4...Nightshade hadn't killed Skarlath? Do you think she still would have died at the paws of Sunflash? Describe the chase scene, if there is one.
#5...Russano's army hadn't gotten to Redwall in time to save the beleagured Redwallers from Ruggan Bor and his clan (in Triss)? Would Russano charge in late and save the day? Or would the Redwallers have a) beat the overwhelming odds and once more upheld the Redwall legacy of good defeating evil? b) suffered a crushing defeat at the tattoed claws of Ruggan Bor?
#6...the fieldmouse archers hadn't accidentally shot Warbeak (when Jess Squirrel was trying to retrieve Martin's sword from the weathervane in Redwall)? Originally, the shooting of the sparrow had lead to a chain of events that eventually ended up with Matthias killing Asmodeus to get the Sword (think about it!). Would Matthias still have been able to (eventually) win back Martin's sword? Why or why not?
