A HIDDEN TREASURE

Once upon a time , there was a poor shepherd who lived in the mountains. Dumberg was his name. He had no family and his only friend was Tramp, an old dog.One night, Dumberg had a very strange dream.He dreamed that there was a hidden treasure under a bridge near the gate of a huge castle.There was an eagle on the top of the gate.

In the beginning, Dumberg didn´t believe his dream, but he thought about it many times.One morning, he woke up very early, went to the market and sold all his sheep." Let´s go after our dream treasure, Tramp!" , he said to his dog as the started to walk on the dusty road.
Afterwalking around the world for many years, Dumberg saw a huge castle. "There it is, Tramp!" , he said. " Look at the bridge! Look at the eagle! We´ve found it!"

The bridge, however, was very guarded. The poor shepherd and his dog stayed in front of the castle for several days and several nights.
One night, a guard approached him and asked, " What are you doing here, good man? Are you looking for something ? Are you waitingfor somebody?"
The shepherd told his dream to the guard, and said:

" I´ve been too many places,
I´ve see too many faces,
I´ve suffered hunger and cold,
but I think I´ll be rich
before I get too old."
The guard laughed a lot. " That was just a dream, good man. I don´t believe in dreams!
Once I dreamed that there was a hidden treasure inside a house of a poor shepherd in a distant land. His name was Dumberg and he had a dog called Tramp. Dumberg!!! That´s funny! Nobody is called Dumberg."

The guard laughed again and told the poor shepherd to go home.Dumberg smiled and went home where he found the hidden treasure.

" Everybody has a hidden treasure. You have yours too. Sometimes you have to go around the world to find that your treasure is very near you".
