You need!
* Bottle of Pisco
* Lemons
* Sugar
* Eggs
* Ice
* Jarabe de Goma (Gum Syrup)
Mix it in this order (aha... in this order!)
First you put the white of the eggs (about 3). You squeeze the lemons and put the juice in the blender too. While the blnder does its thing (meaning it's turned on by now) you put some sugar in it. Then you put some of the "jarabe de goma" and finally the ice (lots of it). By now all you'll see will be a big white thing and while the blender it's still on you put the pisco in (as much as you'd like :) and just few minutes later you serve. Cheers!
1 1/2 oz Bacardi Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/2 tsp Grenadine Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass
Night Cap
2 oz Light Rum
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Warm Milk
Put rum and sugar in a mug,. Fill with warm milk and stir. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bermuda Triangle
1/2 oz Spiced Rum
1 oz Peach Schnapps
3 oz Orange Juice
Crushed Ice
Pour ingredients into a glass filled with crushed ice
2 oz Light Rum
1 1/2 tsp Triple Sec
1 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
1 1/2 tsp Maraschino
Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.
Mai Tai
2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Triple Sec
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Almond Syrup (Orgeat )
1 tbsp Grenadine
1 tbsp Lime Juice
Crushed Ice
Shake with ice and strain into large glass 1/2 full of crushed ice. Top with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple wedge. Top with a dash of 151-proof rum for extra kick.
Chocolate Rum
1 tsp 151-proof Rum
1 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Brown Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe
1 tbsp Light Cream
Ice
Chocolate Syrup
Shake with ice and strain into a glass half filled with ice cubes. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
Pina Colada
3 oz Light Rum
3 tbsp Coconut Milk
5 tbsp Crushed Pineapple
2 cubs Ice
Blend at high speed until smooth. Strain into a glass and serve with a straw. Top with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Cuba Libre
2 oz. Dark Rum
Cola
Lime or Lemon wedge
Ice
Pour rum over ice cubes in a collins glass. Fill with cola and squeeze lime or lemon wedge into drink and drop into glass.
Jade Elephant
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 tsp Green Creme de Menthe
1/2 tsp Triple Sec
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Ice
Shake well with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a wedge of lime.
Jamaican Crab
1 oz Light Rum
1 1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 splash Grenadine
Ice
Combine all ingredients except grenadine in a mixing glass. Stir well. Pour into a glass, and float grenadine on top. Top with a cherry.
