| I have this one. This is a very good album of late 80's music. It captures the end of the 80's while showing signs of the 90's. Case in point is that they remixes "My Life" from the Hot Together album. I had only heard this version of it until I bought Hot Together and I think remix is far better than the original. In the liner notes they have the lyrics but they don't list the lead singer on them. This is usually done but not on this one and I'm thinking becasue they primarily sing together on almost every song. Only tackling one song each. Anita with "I Will Be There" June with "Flirtatious" and Ruth with "I'm In Love" altough she does lead on "My Life" this song sounds like all of them are singing on it. So on most of this album they blend their voices and it comes across like a very good band effort. The context of the songs are mostly the same fun-sounding upbeat tracks we have come to love by them. I think most fans will find this one a great find and will be able to sing along with the lyrics inside. So go ahead girls Turn Them Out |
