| There ar two U.S. versions of this cd. I got the latest one even though I love the cover of the first one. This second one was made after Mary did two duets and a remix and they added them on and changed the layout of the cd. Although there ar songs from the first version that are absent. I would liek to have both copies but I think I'll deal with this one for now. The first single off this cd was Family Affair. This song is all about having a good time and getting your groove on. I sing this at Karaoke and everytime I sing it everyone gets up and dances. It always makes me feel good to see everyone getting down to my singing. Even though it's Mary's song I put my own little stamp on it and everyone loves to hear it. The second single was No More Drama. I absolutely love this song. I saw the video and I cried because I felt she was singing to me and I was going through a rough time. The video also features P. DIddy and Mariah Carey singing on the televisions that Mary is watching. I think this is one of her most compelling songs and I would love to sing this one day for a crowd even if it is Karaoke. The rest of the cd has very good highlights. The duets are slammin and also the remix of No More Drama which speeds up the song and has P.Diddy rapping. The one I thinks is cool is the "Forever No More" poem that Mary reads herself. This is all about overcoming the odds and loving yourself. GO MARY |
