| I had this one on album but lost it also. I thought the songs were pretty good and loved the hits on here. The forgotten songs are also good. The one I really liked was "Fall In Love Again" which features June wailing as only she could. I would play this song over and over just singing along and making up my own parts. That was when I really got into singing in front of people and didn't care what they thought. It was at this point when I started really listening to the pointer sisters albums and wanted to collect them. Altough that would be hard since we moved around a lot but I still remember and hope to find this one again. On record or cd. But due to computer technology I could find it on record and put it in digital form gotta love this tehno age. OK back to the album. I have loved the song "Slow Hand" and always think of my grandma's house when I hear it because I would hear it on the radio station about the time it came out and would sit under my grandma's star quit and listen to that song. "Someday We'll Be Together" is not he Supremes song everyone loves but another gem that is sung by Anita about losing someone and then hopeing they'll come back to you. I love it and have it on my box set. Another gem is "Should I Do It" which is done in the style of the 50's sock hops and sung by June. Lovely little song about trusting again after you get hurt. This album holds a lot of gems for me and hope Pointer Sisters fans can find it or copy me one ha ha. |
