I have loved Stevie for some time now and I have just recently got this box set full of his songs. I don't think I could have settled for just a one disc greatest hits or even a two disc version. I decided to buy this cd when we visited billings this spring and I am glad I got it. There are so many songs I haven't heard and many that I have and love. The songs I love are "Uptight" "For Once In My Life" "Heaven Help Us All" "If You Really Love Me" "Superstition" "Living For The City" "Higher Ground" "Sir Duke" "As" "I Ain't Gonna Stand For It" "I Just Called To Say I Love You" "How Come, How Long" and I Know after I listen to this box set for awhile I'll find more.
I remember seeing Stevie on the Cobsy show singing "I Just Called To Say I Love You" with the family and I thought it was so cool. I have also seen him perform "How Come, How Long" on the 40th Grammy show with Babyface and it was so cool. Stevie had a little acapella jam session at the end of the song that just blew me away. After that I decided to get this box set and see what other songs I have been missing out on. I know by the time I listen to this whole thing I will fall in love with Stevie over and over again. There also is a booklet with many pictures of stevie and a chronological oder of his albums and songs. There also is two essays about Stevie and what it was like while growing up under the Motown blanket. It is very informative and I encourage every soul/R&B fan to pic this box set up it is woth the money.
