| I first heard and saw Anastacia on VH1. It was the video to "One Day In Your Life" I heard her voice and thought "Damn this girl can sing!" I found her website and saw both versions of the video which look the same to me but i loved the song. Then my friend had the cd and she let me borrow it. I listen to it night and day and when i finally had to give it back I was kinda sad. Then i decided to buy it for myself. I got the cd in the fall of 2001 and have been listening to it ever since. I even dedicated "You'll Never Be Alone" to my best friend and he loves the cd too. I read recently that she had surgery and i hope she is doing alright and can't wait to hear more from this very talented lady. I tried to listen to her first album but it didn't sound as catchy as this one. but maybe i'll give it another try. I also saw that she recorded a song for the Chicago soundtrack which i heard and love. I love the whole album but my fav. tracks are: "Overdue Goodbye" "You'll Never Be Alone" "One Day In Your Life" "Thought I Told You That" (which is with the lovely Faith Evans) "Don't Stop (Doin' It) (which she sings a very high note) (nothing like Mariah Carey). I have come to appreciate others on here and love the outro of the song "Overdue Goodbye" She's got a very strong voice and i think when she comes out with another album i'll be right there to get it. DON'T STOP DOIN IT ANASTACIA!! |
