Reflections in a Stream
While walking down this scenic stream of Nyack New York that leads into the Hudson River, one comes upon little pools of calm water like this one. It is a mystery why the ghostly reflection of the large stone seems more material than the one making the reflection.
Old Garage
A dilapidated garage in Rockland Lake State Park in New York shows light coming through a large hole in the roof. Charred and dismemebered beams are visible, loosely hanging in place.
Attic Window
A little abandoned shack stands next to the river in Piermont New York. This window shows many signs of ageing around it, from the missing planks, to the paint on the windows.
Burned House
The sky eerily creeps though the cracks of the house, showing the severity of the damage that had been done long ago. The burn line seems a shadow on roof. I took this photograph because through all the visible pain this building had been through, the many varying designs in the wood from the boarded up windows brought a smile to my face because they all came together, in many ways.
