Ok its a little more complicted. first i decided on the design and then i got the ply to shape and cut it out to fit. after that i put on layer of fibreglass on the ply to strenthg it and then i got some 25mm conguit and heated so it would mold to the shape of the car and then potriveted it to the play. after that i checked it on the bumper and then i chopped the bumper :) that was fun. after the i grafted that to the ply. after that i shapped it and bodyfilled it till smooth.
