It shows two human babies, one of them is a mutated child (you can see it by the four arms and it's huge size) and the other is a normal human child. The abnormal child was a miscalculation in a science experiment which the virus infected the human egg. The results had made it appear in a freak form. The picture shows how the mutated child made special bonding with the human child. A lesson to learn that everyone should accept every human being despite the difference each one has. And somehow we all forget this.
