Directed Energy Weapons appear to be the weapons of the 21st century.  Research, development, testing, evaluation of these weapons appear to be extremely advanced.    There is reason to believe these advanced weapons and technologies have been tested using human subjects.   These human subjects are being used against their will.  They are non-consenting, unwilling human test subjects.  Because this testing is ongoing, continuous, unremitting, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,  for years, it amounts to torture and crimes against humanity.  Nomi dreams of justice
