There is an injustice in progress.  There is lawlessness taking place on a vast scale.  The crimes are great.   I speak of torture and injury using directed energy weapons, including but not limited to, microwave weapons, electromagnetic weapons, radio-frequency weapons .  A group, that I could not know, are energetic and unflagging in their aim to incessantly torture and injure with these weapons.  They are fanatical, zealous in their rabid devotion to torture.  It is continuous, without interruption, every day.
