Yes, I am a victim too. I live in California.
But I have come to found out they are now using the antenna array of our very own homes. The electric wiring, the copper tubing. For whatever reason they want to get us during our sleeping hours. They are able to affect our nerve endings which induce most of our symptoms I have found. Last night I was in the kitchen, running water in the sink. Had on a pair of Danskin slippers I just bought at Big lots for $5.
As the water was running, the tops of my toes started to burn. Yes I had the sensation of burning. Remember when we were kids and we would rub our knuckles against someone else's skin and make their arms burn. That is the very same sensation I felt. It was the nerve endings on top of my toes and the sound of the water
must of been generating a vibration tone that my brains neuropathys allowed into my body.
I have noticed my nerve endings are responding to a number of other sound vibrations.

I wonder if maybe your perceptions might be similiar to mine
