This savage and remorseless group of people who deliberately torture me with their arsenal of directed energy weapons are violating the Declaration of Independence and the  Bill of Rights.

The  Declaration of Independence gives me the inalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  This group of people deny me these inalienable  rights by their intrusion into my daily life whereby they make me sick, tired, use their directed energy weapons to wreak immense violence against me.

The Bill of Rights is violated.  I have the right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment (8th amendment), the right to be secure in my person, house, (4th amendment) .  This group of criminals have used cruel and unusual weapons, directed energy weapons, which torture, burn, and make me sick.  I am not secure in my person or house or in public because these criminals attack me with their directed energy weapons and torture and cause me pain and suffering.
