I didn't report this to law enforcement or tell anyone. What would I say, how would I describe this. What words to use. Would I say "something's coming through the walls, causing me unbearable heat, burning me, and following me all through my apartment." I was in intense physical agony without any of the normal physical signs of trauma. Would I be laughed at, ridiculed, would_I_be_believed.

I had never heard anything at all ever about wonder weapons, startling weapons, experimental weapons, these directed energy weapons (electromagnetic, microwave, radio frequency, infrasound, laser) and couldn't believe something like that existed and would be used on people. I didn't know what to do. I didn't report this crime, this crime went unreported.
