I want to say that I am locked onto, tracked, and attacked by beams of energy, directed energy weapons, I can neither see nor avoid.  I am not in combat, am unarmed, innocent.   Directed energy weapons affect the nervous system, can take a standing person down, affects every human organ, is used on me  as a torture device, and that's not the whole of it.

 Paul Revere on horseback flew through the countryside warning, "the British are coming" and I  fly through the Internet warning, "directed energy weapons are here and being used against the population"  I believe in love, I believe in God, I believe in the United_States_of_America!  We are a nation of laws, not men.  Without law it would be "war of all against all and life would be poor, nasty, brutish, and short" (Hobbes).   This lawlessness must be stopped and the depraved criminals responsible prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Whoever reads this, ask your congressmen and congresswomen, your senators to call for an investigation, ask your law enforcement people what have they heard about this and what can they do about it.  Write letters to your newspapers asking what's going on about people being attacked, brutalized, and tortured by directed energy weapons.
