Anti-Mills is not anti-jobs
We...need to stress to all unions that anti-Mills is not anti-jobs. Old buildings on the base will need to come down, infrastructure (storm sewers, telephone lines, etc...) will need to be put in place on the base and there will eventually be some redevelopment on some piece of the base, all with or without Mills. All of these activities will not be accomplished by elves, they will require good hard labor by local people.
