I bought the game on Feb 11, 2003,
Tuesday @ 1700h in Robinsons, Ermita, from a shop named 'Datablitz'.

This page is dedicated to the recent
launch of Westwood's latest Command & Conquer series, C&C: Generals, launched
worldwide on Feb 11 [Feb 10 in US]. In a few updates to come, this page
will be filled with data about C&C: Generals, from game description and
specifications to screenshots taken when I'm playing the game.
The system requirements of the game are as
follows:

Datablitz bundled a mouse pad along with the game. [The mouse pad design is
dependable on the box art, e.g. if you have the US box, you get a US mouse
pad, etc.) This bundle only is available in the Philippines, and is of limited
time only.
-
The game costs Php
1395/--.
Installation was hassle free, no need of cracks 'cause its the original
version. I experimented it and burned a backup of the game to 2 cd-rw medias,
and voila, it worked. :) Bear in mind, for experimental purpose I burned a
copy of the original. I wanted to see how powerful the program and how it can
copy protected cd's and make them readable, just like the original one.

The GLA has the special ability to earn money while it successfully defeats an enemy unit. This ability is earned through general experience points gained during battle. (Like Diablo II, you gain experience when you defeat a demon). Infantry being killed by the quad cannon tank. |

Command & Conquer: Generals
Nuclear cloud suddenly appeared when I destroyed the ConYard of China. (I only used GLA Scorpion tanks and Quad Cannons with some Marauder Tanks, and all of these are not nuke-upgraded) [GLA has no nuke upgrades btw.] |
