1. Never ask "HEY! Can I be in your band thing?"
2. Be at least 9 1/2 years of age.
3. Wear pants... at least most of the time.
4. Rock.
5. Be approved by SnuKe, Trix, and Kremit.
6. Be alive at time of admittance.
7. Not have Linkin Park, Good Charlotte, or System of a Down listed as your favorite band.
8. Be willing to tag "NomA" EVERYWHERE!
9. Be willing to put up with the other members.
10. Not be Luke.
