It was just another typical day in the city of Phnom Penh, busy and noisy as people were trying to go about their everyday life. Near a fairly crowded street market, three gunshots reaped the air. Everyone nearby seized on what they were doing. At the same time, they saw a gunman fled the scene leaving behind his two victims in a pool of blood. Moving closer, everyone began to clearly recognize one of the victims. She was a
popular movie star that the people in Cambodia knew and like, Piseth Pilika.
