BUILDING A NO KILL COMMUNITY
People came from other cities and states. People told me that they heard animal control employees from Houston and other cities saying "we can do that" about different topics. So, even if they are afraid of the words "No Kill", they saw do-able possibilities. I think they are realizing that what he advocates is not so scary and actually makes a lot of sense.
