| Christian & Susanna (Fussmann) Kammerschen and 5 children came to the United States in the the mid 1880s. They settled in the Copper Country of Michigan' Upper Peninsula. I've no doubt the area reminded them of home in the Eifel region of Germany. 7 more children were born to the couple and from there.....many grand children, great grandchildren and so on. |
| Christian was one of 7 children and Susanna was one of 8. So we have many cousins in the US and Germany. |
