A Hokage high-level psychic device, Dark Water (Ensui) is not to be under estimated at all. It has the ability to control water and all it�s properties, such as ice, liquid and steam. In rest mode, it looked like a small white stick in the shape of a handle, with a round stone attached at the other end. During a fight, the weapon has a long, translucent sword at one end made out of water, which can be enough to fill a large swimming pool. For instant ice blade, just add water. When Tokiya doesn�t need it anymore, the blade will just fall to the ground as water.

Water Puppet.

   Tokiya releases steam from his sword to hide himself. Inside the thick mist, he created a diversion made of water that looked very much like him. When enemy attacked the dummy, it dissolves and turns back into water. This technique can be seen in the Mikagami-Koganei battle at the mansion.

Zettai Zero(Absolute Zero)

   By placing the sword into the ground, Tokiya freezes every thing around him to absolute zero (0� Kelvin or -220�Celsius). All life activity stops, frozen. Tokiya uses this technique to save Kaoru from Mokuran.

Tsurara Mai (Dancing Icicles)

   Tokiya places his sword into the ground again and from it, an enormous pillar of ice shoots out from the ground to attack the enemy by surprise.

Shooting Icicles

   Stick the ice sword into the ground. Move back a bit and concentrate carefully. Moisture from the air all around you will be absorbed into Dark Water. Then, from the moisture, icicles will shoot out from the ground and into the air to attack the enemy. If the icicles miss and hits the ceiling instead, it will gathered more moisture and created more icicles. This cycles continues until the enemy is defeated. Tokiya uses this move in the double match of Mikagami-Miki and Hanabishi-Neon.

Mizu Hebi (Water Snake)

   Tokiya gathers water from all around his ice sword. These turn into 4 water bubbles that swirl and transforms into a fast-moving snake of water. A very high-level technique, one that involves a lot of water and concentration. Tokiya uses this to attack Kai on the last day of the tournament.

Tsurara Hebi (Icicle Snake)
