Fuuko obtained FUJIN(God of Wind) from Shadow, thinking that she could defeat Recca. But Shadow had replaced the main orb of FUJIN(God of Wind) with a mind-controlling orb because the original orb was lost when she found it. The new orb causes Fuuko to have an uncontrollable desire to fight. Luckily, Recca manages to break that orb and save Fuuko in time. Once a psychic device loses its main orb or crystal, it will become totally useless. However, this is not the case with the God of Wind. As you can see in the anime picture above that there are still 4 smaller orbs that still powers the God of Wind. But in the manga picture I found, there are 5 smaller orbs. Its still a mystery why the anime choose 4 small orbs instead of 5. These orbs are the ones that still power the device even though the main orb is missing. Here are the techniques of the God of Wind. Air Currents/Winds
This is the most common type of technique for FUJIN(God of Wind). It can only be used for long distance combat. Fuuko can form any kind of wind to attack, cut, blow, pierce or tear apart the enemy. She can also create a huge tornado to defend herself, although its very dangerous. This technique is widely used in the Kirisawa-Hanabishi battle at school.
Claw of Wind
Fuuko obtained a psychic device from Tsumemaru, one of The 3 Crows/Idiots, called Demon Claw or Onitsume. The Demon Claw is a hand-held weapon with 3 sharp claws. Because Fuuko had lost her Fuujins main orb, she thought that she could put any kind of orb in its place. By replacing the missing orb with the main orb of the Demon Claw, Claw of Wind is formed. This makes a weapon better designed for hand-to-hand combat, unlike the original distance abilities. Another technique with the Claw of Wind is that it can detach itself from the God of Wind and become some sort of flying claws that listens to Fuukos orders. All this was first used in the Kirisawa-Fujimaru battle at the tournament.
Soul of Wind
In the Kirisawa-Gashekura battle, Fuuko was beat up real bad. While in a totally weak state, she begged the God of Wind to give her another chance at fighting. One of the 4 small orbs began to glow. So Fuuko took it out and from it, Soul of Wind. These fluffy little creatures are copies of the original God of Wind. They have chosen Fuuko as their rightful master and urge her to find the main orb as soon as possible. When ready, it turns into a ball of fluff and all Fuuko has to do is to hurl it at the enemy. It rotates at a very high speed and upon impact; it pushes the opponent hard, making them unconscious.
Another way is to cut the Soul of Wind into many pieces while it attacks. These tiny but deadly smaller winds can attack at many places at the same time. This is seen when Fuuko is fighting with Magensha in the Oblivious Dimension. Fuuko uses her last orb to fight with Mikoto. Swift Wind is the style the Soul of Wind uses. The ball hurls faster and upon impact, it explodes, destroying the robot to pieces. However, once used it disappears and cannot be recovered. When the crystals are all gone, the God of Wind is useless.
Fuukos Other Weapons
Before Fuuko discovers FUJIN(God of Wind), she usually fights her opponents with these metal darts or gimlets. Theyre fast and her aims are always true.
