General Soloman is secretly commanding the top commander to take Kane's place and making sure that Nod remains under his control. A general, loyal to Kane found out about this and is a threat to GDI's control. This man is known as Anton Slavik. He and his crew rally what forces they have to liberate Nod and take back their army that has been decieved by Soloman's spy. After this is accomplished, Nod sets their target on GDI, while finding out the truth about Kane who is alive and well. Slavik, under the command of Kane, destroys GDI's central command center known as the Philidalphia. Not only that, Kane fires his Tiberian missile, reforming the Earth into new planet of Tiberium mutations.
As this chapter in the C&C series ends, a new one takes off right after the missile reforms the Earth. Firestorm is the next wave of fighting as GDI and Nod must put aside their differences and fight together against a new foe. The trusty computer assistant of Nod known only as Cabal has been damaged due to the impact of the missile. Cabal is brought back online and is giving out orders without the consolt of the Black Hand of Nod. When he has gotten all he needs from you, he rebels and traitors. Your communications are badly broken, can you rally together with the ones that you are fighting a war against to save humanity? A new war has emerged against cyborgs and computerized foes.
