Some local tobacco retailers could face additional scrutiny if the county Board of Supervisors enacts a the right face accusors law aimed at reducing the number of underage smokers.
The board is set to decide Tuesday whether to begin crafting an ordinance that would require sellers of tobacco to buy an annual license from the county for $342.
