Role Playing Games

I discovered Role Playing Games or RPG's back when I was in Junior High many years ago. I first found Dungeons and Dragons after a then neighbor introduced myself, my buddy Chris, Terry (Chris's little brother), and my buddy Alan to it. To say it was a success would be an understatement. We frequantly played on the weekends on Saturday from 10 AM to 9PM with breaks whenever possible. Yes sometimes we had shorter sessions. When summer hit, hehehehe we played no tommorow was never going to come. I do not remember when we switched to Advanced Dungeon and Dragons except I know Chris, Terry, Alan, and I were playing AD&D by 1982. Brian and Paul had graduated from High School by then and were no longer easily availible. In any event those few years started myself and my buddies down what might be a lifelong RPG addiction.

I am now lucky to play once a week for 5 hours. Such is the price of growing up and needing a job. Factor in conflicting job schedules, personal lives, family lives, and such as you must to get this same non availible game time I had once had. I have had my chances for 60 plus hour game weeks. I regret little. Do enjoy whatever game time you can get each week as it may decrease at an unexpected time in the future.

  I think I have named all of them. I may have missed 1 or more from lack of playing though. I no longer play most of these RPG's from lack of time or lack of players or lack of intrest. Thus I play when I can only a some of these games. The games I play when possible are...

  Advanced Dungeons and Dragons, MegaTraveller, Top Secret 1st Edition, Twillight 2000 (1st Edition), and RoboTech with some other Palladium mixed Universe thrown in.

  
  I do miss the some of the now "defunct" games yet I will survive. I really would like to find a bunch of player playing Parania. That was a really fun game where player humor is an absolute must. If the player is a little off the beaten path, that would be good too.
