The Giovanni, unlike the other Clans, are not distributed evenly throughout the World. They generally cluster together out of profit motive and the need for family support. Overseeing the "clusters" are members of incredible power and age. Their official title is Conclierge. Underneath the Conclierges are three Giovannis that govern their areas, Geographical, Politically, and Financially. They are known as Viceroys. Beneath the Viceroys, are the Eldest in the areas of the Viceroys. Usually the size of Counties, these areas are maintained by the Local Don or Dona.
