Hi! Thanks for stopping by. If you've been here before, lots of changes have and are in the process of taking place. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm 44, 5'9", and married (3/25/00 - Click here for wedding pictures) to a wonderful man, Gary. We were blessed with beautiful twin boys, Marshall and Wade, on September 30, 2002. I work in downtown Sacramento, CA as an program analyst. I do budgeting, contracts, legislation, rulemaking, etc. I have one dog, Border Collie, Zorro, and my beloved Boston Terrier, Cracker, just recently passed away. If you hadn't noticed, I have a black and white theme going on here and I have this same theme throughout my house - in cows! Yes, I collect holstein cows (not real ones!) and they are everywhere.

As far as my interests go, I love to dance and I was taking bellydancing lessons (click on the link and there are some pics of me and my costume), I don't have the time right now, but maybe again someday. I also like gardening, and love lots of flowers around. My favorite kinds of movies are action and romance and my favorite type of music is alternative and country, but I'll listen to mostly anything. If I have any spare time it is spent with friends and family as well as home projects and crafts. I also enjoy computer and video games.

My Thoughts on Being a BBW

I think this medium has helped us BBWs find a whole new world of friends and admirers. We are slowly beginning to accept ourselves and are finding out that there are many people out there who love us just the way we are - big and beautiful! I met my wonderful husband online and he loves me for me. Isn't that what we all want? I have been a BBW all my adult life and have heard that dreaded statement "You have such a pretty face...", once too many times. I now know there are admirers out there who not only think we have pretty faces, but that we have gorgeous bodies as well! I have accepted the fact that I will always be a BBW and I hope that others will too. Besides, it's not the BBW on the outside that I want people to love, it's the BBW within.

A man observed a sign in the window of a restaurant that read "Unique Breakfast" so he walked in and sat down.

The waitress brought him his coffee and asked him what he wanted.

"What's your Unique Breakfast?" he asked inquisitively.

"Baked tongue of chicken!" she proudly replied.

"Baked tongue of chicken?...baked tongue of chicken! Do you have any idea how disgusting that is? I would never even consider eating anything that came out of a chicken's mouth!" he fumed.

Undaunted the waitress asked, "What would you like?

"Just bring me some scrambled eggs," the man replied.
