| Stolen Innocence She wakes up screaming, Sweat rolls down her sweet, innocent face. She doesn't open her eyes For she fears she's not alone, She hopes she's alone. But she's not. He's back for more. Tears roll down her young face. She tries to fight him, But its no use She's too young, Too weak. He rips her clothes off viciously Leaving them in a pile on the floor He looks at her with such hate. He blames her for what he does. The booze left him stupid, The strippers left him horny. So he steals her innocence and robs her of her dignity. And after he's done with her He crawls out her bed and passes out on the couch in a drunken coma. She cries herself to sleep Promising herself it was the last time. Who will save her before her heart is left vacant, unable to love? Her mother is lost in a bottle of whiskey. Her father is six feet under. So she keeps hoping, Praying that one day She will get away from here, Far away. Somewhere she can put her past behind her, Somewhere she can sleep at night.
