I am running Japanized Western dish restaurant at the bottom of JAMES SLOPE of MINAMI-SHINAGAWA, SHINAGAWA-KU, TOKYO.
The Japanese says, Youshoku(Japanized Western Dish) is the semi-Western Dish of the style which also took in the tradition of a Japanese-style
Since Meiji Period, various dishes were introduced to Japan from Europe.
So the appearance of it is Western but it'content is taking Japanese style, example, a recipe etc,differs from the taste a little.
However, I think also for foreigners that their mouths are suited enough. There are a steak, a croquette, a fried, a salad, etc, as a typical dishes.
Thinking that I would like you to taste at a handy price on my restaurant, my handmade, direct delivery from the coutry farm (organic farming rice and vegitable) and MIKI water using.
Your short stay or your short walking through famous-place Tokaido ((the HIGHWAY, Edo = Tokyo and Kyoto, going and coming, in EDO PRIOD (from1603to1867) will give youself many good information of OLD TOKYO =EDO (especially Shinagawa).
By the way, although my restaurant is few separated from the TOKAIDO, if it is on foot, it is 5 minutes take you to guide my restauran,
