The Kantner Research Guide
Welcome to the Kantner Research Guide.  This is an ongoing resource for literature and literary criticism.

I have a collection of  on-line resource and book recommendations.  Please refer to the original sources in any citations.  Thanks.

I am currently in the Master of Library Science program at Clarion University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Studio Art from Millersville University in Pennsylvania.

My main focus is the interconnection between literature and society. Many social problems are revealed and examined in literature in such a way that can reach more people (aka the masses) than sociological prose. That is why writers are obligated to embed meaning into their work. Literature that teaches and entertains at the same time promises a greater result than either alone.
