Singer Corey Taylor says that slipknot's next album is to be their last, they are to announce one last tour to promote this album then they will split for good. he said it would be impossible to deny that their were tensions in the slipknot camp because of people getting deeply involved in side-projects such as Stone Sour and Murderdolls.
The final album will be their third studio album, this time with Rick Rubin as opposed to SLIPKNOT's and IOWA's producer Ross Robinson. They are hoping for a late 2003, early 2004 release.
