The Guidelines |

1. The hare must charge at least $3 per person.
2. She must turn over $3.00 per person to hash cash. This money pays for the hash
hotline, reimburses the Beer Bimbo and to purchases film for Hash Flash.
3. Using one's remarkable math skills, one can see that if a hare wishes to be
reimbursed for run costs or buy a pitcher or two of beer at the piss-up, she must
charge more than $3 per person.
4. Finally, one must remember a hare generally spends $10 to $15 more than she
is reimbursed. This is considered a small price for the opportunity to earn the
respect and adoration of the hounds for a trail well laid |

If one was too damn lazy the lay a trail, the least one can do is donate a bag of flour. |

This price leaves $2 per head to purchase beer at the piss-up. It really would be inconsiderate to� reimburse oneself for the inadequate amount of flour used, the few cans of warm Miller left at the beer check or the cans one obviously consumed while laying the run. |

Tavern Piss-up & Something Special������� $6 |

A hare might plan a run where most of the hounds actually find the beer check. There, they might encounter a lovely selection of cold, seasonal micro-brew. Perhaps they would be served goat cheese rolls and kiwi tarts. An extra $1 would certainly be reasonable.�� |

Hare Hosted Piss-up $8 - $10 |

Preparing a lovely meal within a reasonable budget is certainly a challenge when one must anticipate anywhere from 6 to 15 quests. It is suggested that the hare prepare her favorite dishes in the event that she must absorb both the cost and the left-over food . It may also be appropriate to ask the hounds to provide a course. Perhaps each could bring a dessert to share. One never complains of hunger after eating only one minted herring in aspic when one is facing a table laden with chocolate pie, three different flavors of cheesecake and 'yes, perhaps just one more of those caramel crispy things...' |

Special Note on NFP's |

It is the practice of the No Balls to charge � price for NFP's. Hash cash absorbs the discount. For example, if there are 10 runners at a $5 run, hash cash would normally keep $30 and the hare would have $20 to spend on beer at the piss-up. If two of those runners are NFP's., the hare would still get $20.�� |
