Champion Blade - Declares himself the Extreme champion Plague Blade (2) Plague (2) Blade (3) Plague (3) Blade (4) Plague (4) Inferno Method - Discards belt immediately after winning it Kid Lethal - Wins belt in aTriple Threat against Kure and Plague. Discards it. Plague (5) - Defeats Vengeance after they both see the belt in the trash can. Method (2) Matrix Kure - N.A.W. shuts down temporarily. Vengeance - Defeats Kure and Plague in Three Way Trailor Match Inferno (2) Plague (6) Epistaxus Belt is retired! Between May 2002 and June 2002 The Xtreme Title was re introduced!
