Please give us any information about our above order from AIPCS... Our payment of $330.00 was received by your office May 30th, cashed by our bank June 3rd 2003. We were told it would take 10 business days to process our check to make sure it is cleared, so that would be June 14th of the date of clearing by your account.(Mind you it cleared June 3rd by our bank) We were told June 19th you started processing our order? (spoke with MR. Balad????) In the 24 business days that have passed since we have been lied to on the phone, twice, by your customer service about the shipping day. I was also told today now that it could take up to two months for us to recieve our order??? We just want an honest answer about the status of our order. Please reply as soon as possible, or failing that please return our $330. dollars. Thank you.

Asked for my 10% downpayment back on August 5th, they have had ample time to fill that request. (I have documentation of when the fax was sent, have to do that at another time though my scanner isn't hooked up as of yet)

I am requesting a refund in the amount of $330.00 If you have any questions in relation to this request, please contact your sales represenitive, Lambros Ballas; as I am sure he has kept an accurate account of my requests and expressions of dismay concerning mis-leading advertising and representation. If you have already been brought up to date on the status and circumstances surrounding my account; please allow me to share the following with you: According to New York Laws for Consumer Protection; If a seller fails to ship an item within the time frame promised, or within a minimum of 30 days then the seller must offer the consumer the option to cancel their order and to receive a refund. This is my request. My order was not shipped within the time frame promised, and I demand a refund in full. A seller must issue a refund within 7 days if a payment was made with a check, money order, or cash, and by the next billing cycle if a credit card was used. I used a check. If you have any questions regarding this law, please contact the Federal Trade Commission, or have your attorneys research New Yorks consumer protection laws. I expect to receive a refund check within the next 7 business days. If your company cannot meet my requests, I will first enter into arbitration with your company through the CPB of New York. Where is my 330.00 you owe me.... Why don�t you give me all vital information so that I may contact the FTC with all information to get this started, I am not giving up... I have given you enough time to return my money.
Send me the name of your financing company, I know they are online somewhere but you changed your website so that it no longer takes you to there website.... Send me the name and address of your lawyer
So where is the response to my last e-mail and why havn't you sent my money back yet? Well!

They sent a letter to AIPCS stating they have 30 days to contact me in regards to this matter...
Dear Lambros Ballas:
This office has been notified of an unsettled mail-order transaction concerning you and the person named above.
As an investigative agency, it is our responsibility to gather facts and evidence to determine if the mails are being used in violations of the Mail Fraud or False Representation Statutes. Evidence of this sort is based largely on the number and pattern of complaints recieved concerning a particular mailer. If sufficient evidence is developed, the matter may be referred to the appropriate United States Attorney for consideration of prosecution and/or forwarded to our Law Development so that administrative action can be taken to deprive the violator of the receipt of mail.
The information provided by our customer has been entered into our national mail Fraud Complaint System. This system enables us to identify business practices that may result in unresolved customer complaints.
In an attempt to assist the postal customer, we ask that you examine your records and contact the complainant within the next 30 days to resolve this matter.
