Transfer from Wildshedragons site to here, now that she has gotten her money back I am leading this demand to get our money back.
WildsheDragons Story
(http://www.aipcs.com/fin.cfm?promo=14) I found this link in a search for bad credit computer financing. Within 7 days I was approved and directed to send in a downpayment of 141.00 which I done so promptly. I configured my computer as I wanted it and the lady I spoke to said it should be done in 10 days. I discovered later that she meant it should be done "waiting in line" in ten days, which she failed to elaborate on. That was okay though. I called and was told it would take about another 10 days. One month and two weeks later....I get the run around. "There is no one in at this time, call back at 6." "Oh, they are in a meeting, call back at 7." "Oh, they already went home, I'm just a receptionist." Whatever! I immediately realized I was scammed. After calling and requesting the name of the CEO the receptionist transferred me to my sales rep; Lambros. This is the guy who had already went home! He must live next door...NOT. He informed me that they were a private company and did not have to divulge that information. He then informed me that I needed to send a larger downpayment because my credit changed on June 3. My contract says this will happen if the credit chages between the time of order and the time of shipment. My order was placed on JULY 10 and my credit has not changed since. Sound like a scam? Absolutely! This company had great advertisements, now I realize it is all the money they steal that pays for the ads so they can steal more money! If you have already ordered from this company...I am so sorry. Check back frequently, to follow the progress of my case against AIPCS. Fight back against scam artists! If you have ordered, and are still waiting, you're probably getting the same thing I did. Use e-mail only (which is never answered) and call back next week. As far as I can tell there are between 3 and 4 people running this little side show. If I have my way about it, the show won't last much longer! How's that for determintation? All I asked for was for them to uphold the contract or refund my down payment. "we can't do that" is all I ever get. Good luck everyone!
******UPDATE******
9/9/03 I HAVE RECEIVED A REFUND IN FULL! FROM JUNE 29, TO THIS DAY, IT'S FINALLY OVER! DON'T GIVE UP GUYS! THEY WILL COOPERATE AT SOME POINT!
SMILEYBABE'S STORY 8-24-03
Hi
I'm glad I found this site. I was giving my three cents about (companies name omited) and came across yours. I didn't have that many problems with AIPCS simply because they sent me an approval letter, I called them, they said they would mail me the contract. I never received anything. I just gave up then figuring they weren't a very organized business. Just thought I'd tell everyone about that before they set and wait for there contract to come. If it ever does come, already being 2 months, I guarantee I won't return it! Actually, I'm glad they never even sent it! smileybabe23
HAZEN1'S STORY 8-27-03
Following is a copy of my report at ResellerRatings.com
I signed a contract over 2 months ago and finalized my order on July 2, 2003 and still have yet to recieve my computer. Please add me to your list of victims..
**Update Again**
Lambrose Ballas told me my financing was through AIG Finance or www.agfinance.com. I called them up and they said that they stopped doing financing orders for AIPCS over 3 months ago. I asked for his immediate supervisor and was told he didn't have one, that he reports directly to the Board of Directors. I heard a rumor the company is on the verge of financial bankrupcy and they are sucking up all the money that can before they go belly-up. There are already numurous complaints at the BBB against them. I plan on sending a letter to the NYS Attorney General if I either don't get a full refund on my deposit or get my computer within the next 2 weeks.
**Update**
Called AIPCS 3 times after 4pm Central on Friday August 22nd. Talked to Lambrose 2 times. He said that he was unable to access my account because after 5pm Central their servers are doing other tasks and noone could access my account until Monday even though the finance department is open until 6pm Central time. A person that sounded alot like him the first time I called said that I needed to call back after 5pm and that I had plenty of time that day for someone to access my account and let me know what was going on. Seems like a bad idea to me to have a department open for an hour everyday when you cannot access accounts and then tell people to call back after the server is unavailable. Why bother having it open when you cannot do anything? After talking to Lambrose on August 12th, he applied a 5% discount to my order and gave me a free upgrade to a 3 year warranty and said that my order was complete and appoligized for the delay and told me my order would ship out no later than August 14th. No later than August 14th and on August 22nd my order still has not shipped. Something sounds very wrong to me. They cashed my money order 2 months ago and I still do not have my computer. The first time Lambrose talked to me on August 22nd, he hung up on me. I called back and asked to talk to his supervisor and he said that he was a supervisor and he was not going to let me talk to anyone else. I am going to lower my rating even farther today based on the fact that it has been 3 weeks since my original rating and I am even more disatisfied with AIPCS about my order than 3 weeks ago.
**Original**
Completed my order on July 2, 2003 and today (August 3, 2003) a compete month later my order still has not shipped. No one is willing to talk to me on the phone. I keep getting told to write an email which never gets answered. They have had my money for around 6 weeks now and I am very disatisfied with the amount of time it is taking to get my computer. I went to cancel my order 2 weeks ago and they said it would take 4-6 weeks to get my money back. They also said my order was almost ready to ship when I talked to them 2 weeks ago. Here it is 2 weeks later and it still has not shipped yet. They have lied to me 3 times over the phone about my order status and their online order status system does not work.
Thank you Hazen1, all this sounds so very typical. I just can't get over how clever and coniving these people are!!
DANOTT4'S STORY
Well i geuss they got me to,Aipcs cashed my check on June 30th its now
Sept 1. No computer no e-mail from them to tell me what the hell is going
on.I have e-mailed them numerous times and have only got one reply to tell
me that my computer was ready and needed to be signed off on.Well no one has
ever signed off on it.I am so pissed at this company i cant believe i was
suckerd into this.If it comes to a legal action count me in.I have posted a
complaint with the bbb though i doubt i will do any good.
BROOKSHIRE'S STORY
Hi,
On August 1st 2003 I was approved for financing and ordered my pc. It was my understanding that it would take ten days to build the pc, then another 3-5 days for shipping. Well, its been a month since I ordered the pc and have received no status on my order, which is almost impossible to find out the status of. I have contacted the "famous" Lamros but he is of no help either. This company has lied to me many times and it is really pissing me off. It seems like there is only 3 people running this "company" Every time I call to find out the status of my order I either get: "sorry we don't have access to the customer database" or "sorry my supervisor is in a meeting" Anyway, I will be sending a more organized email explaining my story and what this company has said to me. If I do not receive my pc soon I will be prepared to take action, but from everyone's stories it doesn't seem like I will be receiving it anytime soon. By the way, does anyone know someone who has recently been approved for financing with aipcs and received their pc with no hassle?
BYRDINC1'S STORY
I think they got me too. I started getting suspicous as soon as I realized
there was no customer service. When I was placing my order I wanted to talk
with someone and kept getting the run around. I guess they thought I was
someone looking for their computer. What kind of business is not interested
in sales? I finally talked to Lambrose who took my order. I sent in 500.00
and configured my order 08/12/03 I started looking last night on the
internet for negative or unbiased reviews about this company. No problem
you dont play with a black mans money. I'm taking off from work and going
to pay them a visit. I'll then get an attorney. If all else fails, I'd
rather not say.
THE FOLLOWING IS A LETTER FROM THE ROGUEMASTER TO LAMBROS BALLAS:
Lambros Ballas:
Sir, this will serve as official notification that you, and AIPCS Systems Technologies, Inc. are being investigated for Internet Fraud.
Please refer to the following Web
Sites: "resellerratings.com", "victimsofaipcs.50megs.com".....(To name a few...)
You know my situation. I have already informed you that if you agreed to refund me the already sent, I would consider this matter settled. As is your normal policy Sir, you have chosen to ignore my EMails and/or pretend as if you are someone else when I call AIPCS Customer Service. Mr Ballas, I do recognize your voice, by now.... Obviously, so does everyone else.
My request for refund is now modified, as follows:
May 23, 2003 - Personal Check #689 to AIPCS Systems: .00 (Downpayment)
July 2, 2003 - U.S. Postal Money Order to WebDevNet: 39.00 "Surprise Processing Fee"
July 2, 2003 - Overnight Express Mail "Processing Fee" 14.55 (To Speed Up Delivery of "Systems")
Total As Of 09/04/03 .55
My Agent in Long Island, NY informs me of the following:
On 09/30/2002 Constantine Mouzakitis (Reg. Agent) received Incorporation Status (ID #2817091) for AIPCS Systems Technologies as a Domestic Business in the State of New York. Address listed was: 237 North Delaware Avenue, North Massapequa, NY 11758. At this time, Sir, I also have Your Home Address and Phone Number, and some "Business" background on You.
I would currently be satisfied with an immediate refund of .55 either from AIPCS, Lambros Ballas, Constantine Mouzakitis, or "Beaverton Oregon.....(FAX (503) 214-8212)." I would highly recommend that you also settle with the numerous other people that you have managed to "Scam" within the past six months.
Lambros, You cannot possibly succeed with this ongoing fraud. You have been discovered and almost figured out. I am currently awaiting correspondence from the New York State Attorney General's Office, the Oregon State Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau (from both States) and my own Representative on Long Island. Furthermore, we are awaiting answers from the Corporate Offices of American General Finance, AI Finance, etc.... How far do you actually feel that you can go with this? It absolutely will not work, Sir. I had previously explained to you that, it is one thing that you scammed Me, it is an entirely NEW thing when you tried to scam My Mother and My Daughter (Different Order/Different Promises/Same Basic Scam). This has gone far enough.
If you continue to ignore your EMails, phone calls, letters, etc... I fully intend to pursue this matter Within the State of New York, The State of Oregon, or anywhere elso you choose to claim as your place of residence.
I, like everyone else who has done business with you recently, Mr Ballas, do not appreciate being scammed in a "Felonious Way", or otherwise. If you do not chose to settle with me immediately I do intend to pursue You, AIPCS, etc... to the end. I will not "Go Away". This will definitely continue and will eventually result in a "Civil Matter".
Once Again, Lambros, awaiting your response.
FOLLOW UP FROM BROOKSHIRE
Hi,
Since the last letter I sent you I have encountered the following from AIPCS:
First, on Sept 2, I was told that my computer was finished and they were waiting on a sign off from the Finance Dept, and for me to call back on Sept 4. Well, I went ahead and waited the few days and called back on the 4th. The guy that answered the phone, which sounded suspiciously like Mr. Lambrose himself and seemed like he was trying to disguise his voice or something, told me that Mr. Lambrose was not there and could be reached at a phone number that he gave me, and get this..........this part is very very weird............the number that he gave me took me to AIPCS.........which is the number I called the first time.......the 1-877 number...............anyway that was extremely weird. Okay, anyway, I talked to lambrose and he said that the finance dept has reviewed my credit again and says that I need to send a more down payment..........and since I maxed out the credit limit that they gave me (I'm a hardcore gamer) I am requested to send a %25 down payment..............which minus the I have already sent them..comes to a total of about ...............................he says once I pay this amount then my computer will be shipped.........What do you guys think? I need a little advice.

MOREDREAD'S STORY...ISA'S HUSBAND
Update: September 03, 2003
Did anybody see the movie Boilerroom? I did and I still fell for this scam! By the way I'm Isadragon's husband MoreDread. Here we go; applied for credit May 12th, received confirmation of credit APPROVAL on May 15th,at which time my wife was told by Alex Jordan ,who sounded suspiciously like Mr. Ballas, that they did their own in house financing and it was interest free for 24 months.I received my contract approx. 5 days later. If you have seen one of his contracts then you know that they are filled with legalese which is basically indeciferable but I did understand the part about them having to check my credit,so because I had already been APPROVED for credit by Mr. Ballas I called to find out what was going on. On the phone Mr. Ballas told me that I could ignore that part because I was already APPROVED for credit. Having already checked the ratings for this company on this very site I sent A check for three hundred thirty dollars (10% of total cost plus thirty dollar processing fee).I was told at the time of the order that it would take twenty days for my computer to ship. On June 3rd they cashed my check,so when the web site still said processing payment on June 23rd and I still had no computer I began to get worried. I called Mr. Ballas to find out what was going on and he said the website had nothing to do with me and my computer would ship twenty BUSINESS days from June 3rd. So,my mind at ease,I waited for July 1st and guess what?No computer! At this point Mr. Baldass, who had already been rude and abusive to my wife, became downright nasty. When I called to politly(after all he had my money!)ask what was going on I was told in no uncertain terms that I being a pain and that I was not to call the customer service(what a joke!)line again.I was told that my computer would ship no later than friday of that week(July 5th),that my account was being credited for all the problems and that if I had any more problems I was to contact the financing dept. by E-mail. I was also told that the person who's name is on my contract(Alex Jordan)no longer worked there and Mr. Ballas told me that I could not talk to the owner or anyone else because he reported directly to the board of directors!!! What a crock!I could go on and on about all the stupid phone conversations my wife and I had with Mr. Ballas, about all the lies he told us(my computer was always going to be shipped on friday)but it's just a waste of time.I believe Mr. Ballas is a criminal plain and simple. He is aware that after 30 days banks will not help you recover your money so he strings you along until that thirty days is up and then you hold your breath hoping he will just return your money. It took almost 2 months before he would even admit that I was'nt APPROVED for credit that I had no computer coming and that he was going to send my money back in full as long as I sent him a fax stating I wanted my money back. I was supposed to receive MY money no later than today and guess what? its not here! What a suprise.I am both willing and able to show any and/or all of my correspondence with this company. I think that resellerratings should investigate ANYONE who gave this company a favorable rating as I do not beleive this company actually exists. I was also very angry to find a full page color ad for AIPCS in this month's issue of maximum pc magazine as I am a subscriber. This is a magazine which prides itself on being tough but fair to all companies and because of their reputation many people(including me)put alot of stock in their opinion. So if you are reading this Jon Phillips I'm challinging you to put your money where your mouth and reputation is and PULL THAT AD!!!
UPDATE FROM (USER UNKNOWN)
Thought this was interesting, I found more info on businesses he apparently
he owns.
And who in the heck is Constantine Mouzakitis? I found a listing for him on
a search engine in NY and it says he owns a bunch of wineries. Is it the
same guy?
I should add I almost got screwed by this scam. I did however give them
personal information.

JIMI'S STORY
By calling the New York Department of State Division
of Corporations and doing a Domain Search for
AIPCS.com I found the registrar of both companies and
the website domain are one and the same. His name is
Constantine Mouzakitis.
I cannot tell you what I would like to do to Mr.
Mouzakitis if I met him for that would shift the
scales and make ME the criminal.
I have had the same wonderful experience all of you
has had with this Boiler room operation. Approved for
financing, told to pay a down payment of plus an
application fee of just to be given the run around
for a month and then told that my credit had changed
and they would require an additonal to make my
down %25 percent of the price of the computer.
Now I didn't mind paying way too much for a computer
that you can buy new on Ebay for half as much from a
reputable company. I DO mind being scammed and told
this pack of ever changing lies.
I tried something today with them. I asked if I could
put the balance of my down payment on my credit card,
knowing full well that I could refuse the charge and
then they would have the credit card companies Lawyers
to deal with if they tried anything. Lambros, we all
know and love him by now, told me no way.
This battle has just begun and theres a light at the
end of the tunnel.
AIPCS Technology Services, Inc. and AI services, Inc.
are legitimate Corporations under the auspices of the
laws of the State of New York and thereby the Federal
Government.
Heres the bad part.
I am relatively sure that before this company lays out
one red cent to any of us, they will declare
Bankruptcy.
There in lies the reason for the delays we've been
experiencing. If anyone noticed, your check had been
cashed at least ten days before any body would talk to
us. Every time you come up with a possible solution,
their server is down, their closed for 2 days. The
only legitimate excuse I have been given was the
blackout last month.
Anyway, I concede to everyone elses experience and
will do what I can.
CHRISTINE 9/08/03
Hi
I found your site from a comment left on a review that I made at
http://www.reviewcentre.com/review26247.html relating to the trading ethics
of AIPCS.
I too was approved for financing, having come from the UK to live in the USA
only 18 months ago so I have very little credit history in this country. I
received the e-mail from AIPCS saying that I had been approved for financing
and that I would be contacted very shortly. This e-mail was from Lambros
Ballas. He called me a couple of days later and I wasn't really sure if I
wanted to go through with it at this time so told him that if I wanted to
persue it, I would call him. About a week later, having thought about it a
bit more, I called him and asked him details of what they required which he
said would be a deposit of 10% of the cost of the computer that I ordered.
I told him that I had already used his site to pre-define the specifications
of the computer that I wanted and that the cost came out at a little under
. He told me that he wanted , I then told him to forget it as I
didn't have . He then asked me if I could manage , I suggested that
if he would accept , he would have a customer and he agreed. He told me
he would send some paperwork through the mail and that I would have to sign
the agreement and forward it along with my payment of , which could be
in either check (which would take about 8-10 days to process) or money order
(which would only take about 1-2 days to process) and then they would start
building my PC.
About a week later I received an agreement through the mail which looked a
little "unprofessional" so I started to read the fine print on the back and
clearly stated in this fine print was a condition whereby if your credit
rating had "changed" significantly between the times of being approved and
prior to shipping the computer, AIPCS has the right to refuse a refund of
any downpayment. This arose my suspicions and I immediately started a web
search on the company and on Lambros Ballas (I wish I could have found your
site because I would NEVER have gone any further). I could find nothing at
that time which was negative, in fact I found one or two items that were
exactly opposite (of which now I believe were probably compiled by Mr Ballas
for suspicious customers such as myself). I went ahead and signed the
agreement and sent a money order for plus a one-time processing fee of
, this was on 23rd May 2003. I was told by Lambros that the sales
department would contact me after they received my payment to process my
order. A week later, no call had come so I telephone their offices and
spoke to someone other than Lambros who told me that he was just about to
call me. I placed my order and he was very helpful and even offered some
advice. I was told that it would take 8-10 business days to build the PC and
then a further business 2-5 days for shipping to Kansas. I thought that
everything was going fine.
About a 3 weeks later I thought I would telephone to see how things were
going and I was told that they had built the PC but they had performed some
radical tests on it and had discovered that it had a problem with the
motherboard. They were going to have to get this problem recitifed prior to
sending the PC out, because although it wasn't causing a problem at the
moment, 3 years down the line it may well cause a problem. I thought that
this was a good practice and did'nt think much more of it. I was told that
it would take about another 5 days and that it should be shipped out on or
around the 5th day and that someone would call me as soon as the PC was
shipped. Low and behold another 8 days went by and still no call or PC.
When I called I was told that there was more of a problem with the PC than
first thought and that it would be at least another 3 days before the PC was
shipped I was told, once again, that someone would call as soon as it was
shipped. My husband at this time was getting a little aggitated by the
situation and spoke to Lambros who basically told him there was nothing he
could do about the situation. A further 5 days had elapsed with still no
call or PC. By this time, I was getting more than suspicious and called
Lambros Ballas once again and then was told that the finance department had
held the shipping up as there had been a "code" added to my application that
he had only seen once before and he wasn't sure what it meant but myself and
one other person had this code. He said he couldn't speak to the finance
department about it until the Thursday (this was a Tuesday) and he told me
to call him back Thursday morning. I called again on the Wednesday thinking
he may have some news, he didn't. I called him Thursday morning and was
told that my credit score had dropped significantly and that there had been
27 credit enquiries on my record since applying for credit so he would
either need a much larger down payment or he could sell the PC to me for a
greatly reduced price of with no financing. I was shocked and
disgusted.
I obtained a copy of my credit reports upon hearing this as I was concerned
that something was going on that I didn't know about. Upon checking these,
I discovered that my credit rating was fair to good with one credit scoring
company and good with the other 2. AIPCS had only checked my credit once
and that was with Experian after I had paid my deposit and
processing fee and about 2 days before denying me credit, they had NEVER
checked it prior to approving my application. This seemed strange to me
having read the clause on this so-called contract. How can they tell if a
persons credit rating had changed significantly if they didn't perform a
credit check to start with?? I knew at this point that it was a scam and I
sent an e-mail to Lambros Ballas who was really feeling sorry for me......
hahaha!! pointing this out, he brushed around the point that I made. I then
decided to send him an e-mail stating that I inteded to seek the help of the
Kansas Attorney General and I had an e-mail in return basically saying that
that is why he has clauses in his contract to protect AIPCS and me........ I
KNOW WHY HE HAS CLAUSES IN HIS CONTRACT, SO THAT HE CAN HIDE BEHIND THE
LAW.......
I intend on sending this e-mail to the other sites that are dealing with
Lambros Ballas and both my husband and myself would welcome the opportunity
of joining in your voice conference using yahoo messenger. My husband's
messenger username is (name omitted for privacy) and mine is (name omitted for privacy). Please let me know when you will be holding this and if we can participate, we will!!

Keiths Story!
Hi,
I found your site on google.com while doing some research on AIPCS. I
am very glad that I found your site, but I am also very angry that I
did because I read so many letters of complaints about a company I sent
$315 down payment for a computer. I sent the down payment on Aug. 9th
and was approved on the 11th and I configured my PC that day. Still
haven't received any PC or info on the delay. I just got off the phone
with "The front-end receptionist", that is what she always tells me her
title is, and she says that I have another week and I should receive my
computer, but I think its more lies. I was told to call Lambros Ballas
after 7pm, because its just so busy there during the day and they allow
that time for customers to call in. When I called, it was busy the
entire time and they close at 8pm. How predictable... I never get any
email replies, systems are always down, meetings all of the time, you get
the idea. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
today. If anyone out there knows how I can get my money back, can you
please contact me at [email protected]. I am also thinking about
getting a lawyer. Go to www.PrimaryLaw.com, you might find some good
info on this site.
Thanks,
Keith

Subject: I am a victim of AIPCS!
From: "Josh R. ______"
To: [email protected]
One day at work I was looking for a computer company that would finance
a
notebook to me. After being turned down by so many companies due to my
poort credit, I received an email from [email protected] stating I was
approved and to call him the next day. Anxiously, I did. We talk and
he
said that I would have to pay $250.00 down and $29.00 for the
application
fee and that he would send the paperwork in the mail. A week later, I
received the paper work, looked it over. Not knowing that this was a
scam
and looking at his company's website, www.aipcs.com; I was for sure
that
this was the way to go and I was finally going to get a notebook that I
have always wanted. I signed the paperwork and sent a copy back to
aipcs
in New York along with a money order for a total of $279.00 and keeping
the
other copy in my file for future reference. I waited a week or so and
then
I called AIPCS and spoke with a young lady and she had told me that my
money order did in fact come in and since I it was in a money order
form, I
would have to wait another 48 hours for it to process. I waited, then
called again. I spoke with another lady, not sure if it was the same
one,
and she said everything was clear and that I could go ahead and place
my
order over the phone. So I did. She had told me it would take
several "business" days to build and after so, it would take several
weeks
to ship to my home. With excitement I agreed and hung the phone up.
Calling all my computer friends up and telling them that my computer is
coming this way! This all took place June 2nd, 2003. Four weeks have
passed and I have not heard anything and did not even receive a
tracking #
fof the shipment that was suppose to be emailed. I called AIPCS
wondering
what the situation was. I spoke with lambros this time and he told me
that
the financing department was waiting for my approval. "What in the
hell
for!", I replied. "You told me before I even sent you my money that I
was
100% approved!" He had told me to be patient and that everything would
work out soon. He could not look up my information because he said he
wasnt at his "mainframe." Myself being in the Information Technology
field, I felt this was a lie. That was not a legit excuse! I agreed
to
call back later in the week and furthermore discuss the situation.
After
that phone call Lambros Ballas has been ignoring my emails and phone
calls. I would call to the office and ask to speak with him and his
secretary would tell me that he stepped out of the office. LIES LIES
AND
ALL LIES THAT HE IS! He refuses to give me a phone contact for his
supervisor and everytime I want to talk to the finanace department he
tells
me I have to email [email protected]. Who the hell emails a finance
department when money is the concern!? NOBODY! I even emailed finance
to
see the response. The only responses were for me to be patient. Well,
today is September 15,th 2003 and I still have not received my
notebook. I
am very shocked that I am not the only one that got scammed by AIPCS
and
yet Im glad Im not alone. I am now part of the AIPCS NO MORE campaign.

I need some help on what I should do. Feel free to post this letter on
your website. If you do, please post my AIM screen names and my email

.......because he most likely received my
"Certified Mail" letter which I sent on Thursday Sep 10th officially
cancelling my order (in writing "per contract" as he says....) and I gave him
one week to process and send my refund. Consequently, please note that I
do have two EMail addresses. Notice that Lambros used
"Bellsouth.net".... Just More AIPCS Games.....Please post the below transmissions at the site to warn the others that this is probably Lambros's new "trick" (a STUPID one at that...lol). I don't think I ever told you this yet but my order was "approved for $3,000 credit" on May 8th, 2003.....
Keep me up to date.
Thanks. Rm4.

Lambros Ballas,
This "new" ploy of yours definitely will not work! You are now in
receipt of my letter (sent to AIPCS via Certified Mail on 10 Sep 03)which is signed by me and advised you to immediately cancel my order (although it has already been cancelled for over a month via email and fax). As stated in the letter and as previously stated in NUMEROUS emails and phone calls between you and I,
I DO expect that my downpayment and processing fee will be refunded within
this next week. I typed the letter and signed it, requesting cancellation and
refund as per your request (you claim it is in the "contract"). I have complied
with ALL YOUR REQUESTS, the "game" is over. I do know that you have returned at
least one refund in the past two weeks to another unsatisfied AIPCS "victim".
I hope that you (AIPCS Systems Technologies, Inc.) will see fit to immediately
process my refund and forward it to me. By the way, the link that you provided
in this EMail for "the short two page form" goes to a "Debt Consoladation
Company".******NOTE FROM ISA-He also did that too me****** What kind of a sick joke is that supposed to be? Furthermore, the SUBJECT line
reads "Re:AIPCS.COM FINANCE DECLINED" although the text of the EMail is
"Financing Approved""""""""!!!!!???????" I think you really blew this
one!
If I do not see some positive progress on my refund by Monday, September 22,
2003, I will forward this correspondence and copies of all previous
correspondence between You (AIPCS) and I to the Federal Trade Commission, The
New York Better Business Bureau, The New York Attorney General's Office and
your local Police Jurisdiction. You already know that I am not, by far, the
only person who has been in contact with these Offices regarding AIPCS Business
Practices. This is going to get VERY SERIOUS beginning this next week if
refunds do not start to arrive.
I am awaiting and EXPECTING receipt of the refund check.
Very Sincerely,
Lawrence S. ______
My name is Angela, and on June 17th my fiance was approved for
financing from AIPCS. We were elated, as we only have one computer,
yet we both love playing MMORG's, and we though we could finally
play together with this new dream computer! We have sent in 364.09
to AIPCS thus far, first for the credit check and 10% down, then
again when in August Lambros Ballas told us we needed to send in
another 23% because we had a "change in credit". We didn't argue
with it, because we had just bought a car since our old one died on
us. It sounded fair. So we sent it. Its Sept. 25, and after tons
of emails and phone calls, there is still no pc. Imagine our
amazement when we found out that we weren't the only ones having
exactly the same problems! My fiance has yet to send in an official
letter of order cancelation, but its in the works.

Dan ___,
Here is my story,I filled out the on-line credit app,and was
contacted a
few days later by aipcs saying i was APPROVED for a 3000 dollar limit.I
was
was like yeeee haaaaa i can finally get a decent rig without shelling
out
alot of money at one time.Yeah right!!
Well i called and confirmed what i wanted and i thought everything
was
fine, they gave me an order id # and i made a password so i could check
thier
web page and see the status of my order. After awhile i noticed that my
order
status was not changing so i called to see if somthing was wrong with
my
oder.I got the same response everyone else did " im sorry sir all order
information is done by e-mail". i was like ok no problem.
So i e-mailed and asked them if my computer was made and when it
would be
shipped.I got a promt reponse from the finance dept saying that yes my
computer was made and it was going through the final underwriting
process.I
didnt think much of that really untill 2 then 3 weeks passed and my
oder
info on thier web page stayed the same.I started to get worried so i
e-mailed them again and got no response then again no response i
e-mailed
them like 5 times and got no response.I then decided to call them and
got
the run around. It was then that i thought something funny was going on.
I started this whole thing in the later half of June it is now Sept i
have
e-mailed them and called them numerous times and have got the same
bullcrap
responses from them no one there seems to know whos ass there head is
stuck
in.If i wasnt so pissed about being out of 292 bucks i would feel pity
for
this company because it appears to be ran by retards.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC.I just got a letter from
the
BBB stating that AIPCS has agreed to give me a 10% discount and free 2
day
shipping LOL!!!That would be really nice but the letter didnt state
WHEN
this would happen. So i called aipcs to find when all of this was going
to
take place"im sorry sir but mr lambrose is in a meeting'' HERE WE GO
AGAIN
Nick_____
I got approve for financing on about july 25 sent it
all in and got my order finalized on the 28 i was told
7-10 days and my order would ship. I called in 12 days
said well it takes 15-20 days and they were doing me a
favor to make it that quick. They eventally had me
email finance for updates and i emailed every email
addresse on the aipcs page well over 50 times no
response. I called in every week and i would get the
run a round something about a meeting call after 7
they left servers down the same as everyone else. I
called 2 weeks ago about 9/10 they said my computer
was built waiting to be shipped i asked whats it
waiting on and they said financal underwriting. I
waited another couple days call on the 9/15 and they
said i had a fraud addresse on my account somehow it
got changed to some fake curse word addresse. Lambros
( if he really exist ) told me to send a signed
statement with my addresse on it to them. So i did
they got it i have a deliever reciept and well now i
don't know whats going on i tried on 9/22 and 9/23 to
call been busy all the time so i started looking on
the net and i found this place.
Hello,
I am trying to find out if you know of anyone who has financed a computer through AIPCS and has actually receive it. They received my money in July and will not return my email or let me know in any way the status of my order. Oh, except for today. I received an email that stated they are admistrativly cancelling my order due to harrasment of AIPCS employees. I told them yesterday that I notified the IFCC, the BBB and the US Postal Inspectors. I am always told the same things everybody else is told when they call to get their status. I never was loud or rude in anyway to them on the phone but I guess they want themselves to look like the victoms. I am not really expecting to get my money back from them and will still follow through with the USPS inspectors. They sent them a letter informing them of my complaint and what they needed to do. I have to wait another 10 days before sending the USPS the form they gave me. It lets them know if AIPCS complied with their request. If you know of anyone who received a computer from them, please let me know.
Thanks
Slmsm
Isa Dragon.
