Noah's Park is the dream of Gene and Judi Cyrus. Gene and Judi have a large family, including 3 biological daughters, and seven adopted children. Their joy in seeing their three daughters grow into loving, responsible adults led them to the decision to expand their family. This second family has brought many new challenges into their lives. Their number one hope for other families is to enjoy each other, and for all children to have a home and family. These blessings and hopes and also the challenges of raising adopted children with special needs have led Gene and Judi to the dream of Noah's Park as a way to share this special blessing of family and as an encouragement to other parents seeking to provide homes for needy children.

With the help of angels, Noah's Park will someday be a Guest Ranch operated on a non-profit basis to provide free or low cost vacations to families with special needs (adoptive and foster families and families with ill or handicapped members, such as Make a Wish children). Initially Noah's Park will focus on recreational vacations, but, as the project matures, programs will be added to provide support in family communication and team building.
