We raise Meat and Dairy goats. Most of the time they are a cross between Boer and LaMancha. It gives us a big kid with milking possibilities.
We also raise Buff Orphinton Chickens. Which is an old English breed. We hope to add ducks to our farm soon.
We have a small wholesale nursery that specailizes in herbs, both medinical and culinary. We are hoping that this will do well.
We both come from farm backgrounds and are both "jack of all trades"! And you need to be that when running a farm.
Our basic philosphy around here is to keep it simple, with both our lives and beleifs.
