Candy Tulips

Candy Tulips is the girlfriend of an Italian-American mobster. She’s just one of the guys, being able to kick butt at ease. Candy knew Noah from the day he performed at her 6th birthday party and the two were acquaintances ever since. Candy likes to make fun of Noah at times but he knows deep down she’s only playing. She will also not tolerate pushoverness and if someone doesn’t speak up for what they want, she makes them do it with any means possible.
