Saw the true light by the time I was twenty. I certainly didn't know it all then but one thing I was convinced about ........THERE WAS NO GOD.
I remember the circumstances that finally did the convincing. I was listening to the radio one night all tucked up comfortly in my bed, the news came on, and the small news report about third item in would have a profound effect on the rest of my "christian" life. Some poor guy had escaped a car crash with minor injuries. His 2 year old son was killed. 6 months earlier his wife and daughter had been mowed down by a drunk driver. And a year before that they lost a 4 year old daughter to leukemia.

How could a "LOVING" God allow this to happen. All that pain endured by one guy. (Who ironically enough was probably a christian). From that night the whole religion dealy has been a soapbox issue.
Since the beginning of time we have had disasters, natural and personal. We are told that anything good that happens is "Gods Work". and anything bad is "Satans evil doing."
Natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods have been occuring since the planets beginnings, MILLIONS of years before evolved man's beginnings, FACT.
